The Warning of the Dark Phoenix

As the last franchise "X-Men: Apocalypse" kicked ass (in my opinion of course), I just feel that as a moviegoer, I am entitled in one way or another that Dark Phoenix will heighten the adrenaline that I am craving for.

Not to put pressure on Sophie Turner as she frontlines this movie, thing is the word "Dark" is there so personally, I would want to see her do it rough and hard. I want to feel that Dakota Fanning stamina when she played Jane in the Twilight Saga; that strength of character - bold, reckless, fearless, ready to ravage anyone.

But the question is, does everybody care? Casual viewers will still buy tickets not because of the story alone but moreso with the whole experience - the visuals, the messianic scoring, the fast-paced action scenes backed up by these superpowers - the things that can hold on to your seat. The reasons on how can it be the most intense and emotional X-Men movie, I myself want to know. Like for real?! Though I'm not expecting too much drama and dialogues I mean c'mon, it is an X-Men movie people.

But beyond any doubt, I can still sense that the movie can pull off a surprise. I found hope that Sophie will deliver the spunk and the umpfs as the best part of the trailer was when she came face to face with Magneto (Michael Fassbender). That scene was terribly good! I love Michael Fassbender a lot so I always root for him but with that scene, I'm with Sophie. It is just so sharp and cut-throat that I can consider it as a warning - once it gets messy, it will be more than that.

When you already have the idea of the story because you're an avid fan as you grew up with it, what you will be looking at is how it will be executed.

20th Century Fox just dropped the final trailer for the movie Dark Phoenix which was quoted as the most intense and emotional X-Men movie ever made. The trailer will show you lot of intense scenes, bits which always made you feel like it is already the whole movie itself. It will give you how it started, what will gonna happen and yes, clues how it will end. Before you watch it on the big screen, you definitely can predict everything.
